Obituary For Arthur Santiago Rock
Mr. Arthur Santiago Rock of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on October 23, 2023. Mr. Rock was the son of Carolyn L. Wolfe (Larry) and Arthur Rock, the father of Kristian M. Rock, the brother of; Antwan “Smokey” Frasier (deceased), Karonda Rock McKelvey (Dwayne), Kizzy Rock, and Olajuwon C. Wolfe. The Home going Service will take place on Saturday, November 4, 2023, 11:00 AT Greater Refuge Temple 230 Huger St. Charleston, SC. He will be laid to rest in Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery. The Walk Thru will take place on Friday, November 3, 2023 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

I just heard of Rock passing I want to offer my heartfelt condolences for the loss of my dear friend Rock. My heart is filled with deep sadness upon hearing the news. Over the years we stayed in constant contact, we managed to stay connected and share moments of laughter and joy, particularly through our shared love for the Cha Cha Slide. Rock had an incredible ability to bring life to any gathering and make everyone around him laugh and enjoy themselves. His memory will forever hold a special place in my heart. Please accept my sincerest apologies for your loss.

Not often do you meet someone that loves family and life equally with all their heart. I will miss Rock but will always remember the joy he brought us all at our family gatherings.

Rock touched so many lives in the very best way. I´m grateful I got the chance to know him as a neighbor, chef, connoisseur of old school music, Rosemont historian, and a friend. Heartfelt condolences to the family
