Obituary For Justine Cato-Smith
The relatives and friends of Mrs. Justine Cato-Smith and those of her children, Shirlene Wigfall, Georgia Walters (Timothy), Isaac Cato (Annie Ruth), Mikel Cato (Debbie), Robert Cato (Donna), Cynthia Cato, Timothy Cato, Keith (Teena) Cato, Garrett Rose (Sheron), Priscilla Cato and the late Rev. Stanley Cato (Cindy) are invited to attend her home going service on Saturday, November 2, 2019, 11:00AM at Joshua Missionary Baptist Church, 2482 Fabor Road, N. Charleston, SC. Interment will follow at the church cemetery. An informal visitation for Mrs. Smith will take place on Friday, November 1, 2019 from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at the mortuary.

To Donna Cato and family , please accept my heartfelt condolences. Truly the lost of a precious loved one is hard but God will bring you through this just put him first in every thing you do.

What i will remember most about Mother Cato, is that she thought me how to make my first quilt at the Gethsemani Community Center, shopping and afternoon lunches. i also cherished the time we spent together cooking for the Church, it was like cooking Sunday Dinner with my Mother for a huge family. I remember one time making a red velvet cake and it was not a pretty site :). When i told her, she had me at her house for a baking class 🙂 so now i know how to bake a velvet cake from scratch. These or just some of the things that made her so special to me. they are so many other memories i have of Mother Cato, but there's not enough words to express my feeling. I WILL ALWAYS LOVE YOU AND MISS YOU MOTHER CATO
