Mr. Markel Donnell Maxwell entered into eternal rest on Friday, May 7, 2021 in North Charleston, South Carolina. Mr. Maxwell was the son of Nicma Williams and Marvin Maxwell, brother of Ayronna Maxwell, Malik Richards, Honesty Williams, Karma Williams, Marquise Maxwell, Monica Maxwell, Marvin Maxwell, Martavia Maxwell, Isaiah Jenkins, Tarlayisha Dennis, Marquez Maxwell, Martez Maxwell, Madison Maxwell, and Morgan Maxwell, grandson of Helen Williams, Gwendolyn Maxwell, nephew of Sherold Deleston, Latecia Williams, Tamekia Williams, Shaneka Gardner, Keonte Gathers, Lamont Williams, Timmothy Williams, Tony Williams, Deron Maxwell. Graveside Celebration of Life Services will take place on 11:00 AM Saturday May 15, 2021 at Carolina Memorial Gardens, a Walk-Thru will be held on Friday May 14, 2021 5PM-7PM at the mortuary. WE DO REQUIRE THE USE OF MASKS WHILE ATTENDING WALK-THRU'S AND SERVICES.

My heartfelt condolences to the family and friends of Markel Maxwell. I pray God continues to comfort and strengthen the family during this time of bereavement. May the many cherished and loving memories of Markel continue to comfort his family and friends. A comforting promise is stated at Revelation 21:4 "And he (God) will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain will be anymore. The former things have passed away." May you all have calming and pleasant thoughts during this time.
