Obituary For Dorothy Bell Salters
The relatives and friends of Mrs. Dorothy Bell Salters and those of her children, John L. (Carolyn) Salters, Jr., Jessie E. (Sabrina) Salters, Mickey (Delisa) Salters, Franklin Salters, Daphyne (Robert) Maddison, Veronica (Dwayne) Daniels and Sabrenda Salters, Charlotte Salters, Josephine Mohtassen, Elliott Salters and Katherine Salters; and those of her sister, Elizabeth Bailey are invited to attend her home going service on Saturday, October 19, 2019, 11:00AM at The Low Country Mortuary's Leroy W. Hilton Memorial Chapel. Interment will follow at Riverview Memorial Park. An Informal visitation for Mrs. Salters will take place on Friday, October 18, 2019 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM at the mortuary.

My condolences to the Salters family. I know this is a difficult time and I pray God continues to comfort and strengthen the family during this time of bereavement. May the many cherished and fond memories of Dorothy continue to comfort her family and friends. A comforting thought to keep in mind is at Psalm 147:3 "He (GOD) heals the brokenhearted; he binds up their wounds." May you all have calming and pleasant thoughts during this time.
