Obituary For Annette B. Smalls
Ms. Annette B. Smalls of Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on December 12, 2022. Ms. Smalls was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Tillman Robert and Clara Brown, the wife of the late James Arthur Smalls, Sr., the mother of James Arthur Smalls (Cathy), Jr., Cedric Smalls (Tonya), Angeline Frazier and Antionette Allen. The Home Going Service will take place on Wednesday, December 21, 2022, 11:00 AM at Centerpointe Church at Remount, 1520 Remount Rd., N. Charleston, SC. She will be laid to rest in Sunset Memorial Gardens. The Walk Thru will take place on Tuesday, December 20, 2022 at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.

My condolences to the family and friends of Annette Smalls. I pray God continues to comfort and strengthen the family during this time of bereavement. May the many cherished and loving memories of Annette continue to comfort her family and friends. A comforting thought is at Psalm 34:18 "Jehovah is close to the brokenhearted; He saves those who are crushed in spirit." May you all have calming and pleasant thoughts during this time.

To Mabel and Judy my sincere condolences to you and family. The death of Annette brings back so many memories of us growing up and attending school in Hendersonville. My brother David accidentally came across her death notice at Legacy yesterday.

So many fond memories of Annette and James as we worked together on civic projects. They were very "tall trees" in our community. We honor their legacies and miss them deeply. Annette, thanks kindly for everything.

Mrs. Annette was on of the nicest people I ever met. Take your rest. My deepest condolences to her son and my brother-in-law Tony and his siblings. May God comfort the family.
