Obituary For Bernard Charles James

Mr. Bernard “Barnyard” Charles James of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on June 10, 2023. Mr. James was the son of the late Roosevelt James and Pauline Burgess James, the father of Eric Adrian Yeadon and Dominic Pascal, the brother of; Sylvester James (Evelina), Jerome James (Dee), Bernard James (Fayetta), Miriam James and Fay James. The Home Going Service will take place on Friday, June 16, 2023, 10:00 AM at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Beaufort National Cemetery. The Walk Thru will take place on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

Deepest sympathy and condolences to the family of Barnyard! What a very sweet soul he was! When I visited James (with my granddaughter) he would play with her for hours and come in the house covered in chalk!! Oh my goodness! What a sight they were! He will be missed! 💔

The balcony football the fun exciting times and now he gets to be with the Beloved scooter they are both missed deeply and that would never be another barnyard I would have never made it to the covert years without them he came to my birthday party and we were friends ever since.
