Carlos was such a caring individual for others.I remember needing some documents notarized and I was appointed to Mr. Carlos Dunlap in the small shopping center off of Dorchester Road.   Mr. Dunlap was an intriguing individual. My first encounter with him was a conversation over the phone. He spoke with such passion concerning community service mentoring our youth. My son participated in several of the football camps during the summer. It is individuals like Mr. Dunlap who makes a difference in our communities. He will be so missed. He was always such a loving caring person he will truly ne missed and each Sunday he always greeted us. I Thank God for the years I knew him. My God continue to Bless and keep the family.   Carlos and I had lots of great conversations while he served in the US Navy, stationed at WPNSTA Charleston in the early 80's. We worked together in ESB. He was such a calm spirit and always a true gentleman. My sincerest condolences to his family.
