Obituary For Charles Alfred Wade

Charles Alfred Wade of North Charleston, SC passed on May 3, 2025. Charles was born on February 11, 1947 to the late Herbert Wade and Leaseanna Alston Wade. he attended Lovely Mountain Baptist Church during his childhood and graduated from Bonds Wilson High School in 1965.

Charles was a devoted father to Yvette Washington, Sandra Amari (Eryberth) and Collette Allen. He was a loving grandfather to 10 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. Charles was a doting brother to his siblings the late Herbert Wade, Jr. (Helen), Elder Eugene Wade (AnnaLee), Nathaniel Wade (Rebecca-deceased), Henry Wade (Queen-deceased), Sammy Wade (MaryAnn), Almarie Thompson (Albert) and Annabelle Graham (Cohen).

Charles enjoyed having a good meal including his favorite sweet butter peacan ice cream, he loved to laugh and had a great sense of humor. He was someone who spoke the truth and did not hesitate spoiling and nurturing his daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren and siblings.

Charles will be deeply missed by all who knew him. His legacy of live will continue to be cherished by his daughters, grandchildren, great grandchildren, siblings, other family members and friends.

He leaves to cherish his memories his children; Yvette Washingtron, Sandra Amaro (Eryberto) and Collette Allen.

    We would go to the riverside park and watch the wildlife. I sure will miss him. But there a chance we meet again after the God opens the graves and memorial tombs
