Obituary For David Keith Carter

David Keith Carter entered into enteral rest on June 19, 2024. He leaves to cherish his memory, his mother, Mrs. Louise Carter, his children; Tacara Seabrook(Kevin), Davon Washington, and Tyrese Johnson and brother, Terry Judge. The Home Going Service will take place on Friday, July 5, 2024 at 12:00 noon at The Low Country Mortuary, 1852 E. Montague Ave. North Charleston. He will be laid to rest at the Hillcrest Cemetery, Summerville, SC. The Walk Thru will take place on Thursday, July 4, 2024 at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
