Obituary For Eartha Lee McClennan
Eartha Lee McClennan “Earthy” the daughter of the late Elijah and Altomease Pinckney McClellan was born March 24, 1947. She exchanged her earthly home for her eternal resting place on December 23, 2024. She was educated in the Charleston County Public School system.
Eartha received Christ at an early age while attending St. Peters AME Church where she later became a member.
She is survived by her children; Charles Koger, Andre Martin (Hope) and Willie Kelly, Jr. (Niobe), grandchildren; Eric Moody, Brian Moody, Andre Christon Martin (Stephanie) and William Kelly, 3 great grandchildren, siblings; Liz Weldon, Joyce Melton (William) and Shawn F. Anderson and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
Eartha was preceded in death by her parents; Elijah and Altomise P. McClellan and 1 sister; Mary L. Clancy.
The Home going Service will take place on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, 11:00 AM at St. Peters AME Church, 4650 Sanders Ave., N. Charleston, SC. She will be laid to rest in the church cemetery. The Walk Thru will take place on Monday, December 30, 2024 at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
