Mr. France "Booster" A. Bell of St. Stephens, SC entered into eternal rest on March 22, 2023. Mr. Bell was the father of; Troy A. Bell (Trevis), Trojan L. Bell (Mary Ann) and Jasmine S. Bell, the brother of; Mattie B.R. Hull (the late Donzie), Jimmy L. Womack (Doris), Dr. Katie B. Catalon (Allen), L. Carmen Murph (Melvin) and Exsey V.I. Bell. A special friend Linda Miller. The Family will receive friends at 1642 Mendel Rivers Road, St. Stephens, SC 29479. The Home Going Service will take place on Thursday, March 30, 2023, 11:00 AM at Life Center Cathedral, 7190 Cross County Rd., North Charleston, SC 29418. He will be laid the rest at Oak Grove Baptist Church. The Walk Thru will take place on Wednesday, March 29, 2023 at The Low Country Mortuary from 6:00PM to 8:00PM.

I.m so sorry to hear of my friend Bell passing Bell was such an awesome friend and man he always showed love and compassion towards everyone . He will be sadly missed by my family. He had a special place in his heart for my grandchildren hayle and Harley. They loved him tremendously. Rest in peace my friend. We love you.
