Obituary For Isis Lorena Johnson
“While she sleep a peaceful sleep, her memories we will always keep.”
Isis Lorena Johnson, The beloved daughter of Erica Johnson and Paul Grant. She was born on Saturday, April 23rd, 2005 in Charleston, South Carolina.
At an early age Isis accepted Christ as her personal Savior and became a member of the Open Door Apostolic Church of John Christ. While at church, Isis participated in the Youth department as a member of the choir and church step team. She came along on many Sundays and performed with her peers at many other churches and events. In Isis’ short time upon earth, she accomplished so many major milestones that was very unusual for her age. She obtained vehicles and a home of her choice due to her untouchable determination. She was a manger and teacher for many around her at work or at home. Isis was a role model, an inspiration, a trendsetter, a leader, and loyal friend to others.
Isis was educated in public schools of Charleston Country where she attended Charleston Acceleration. She had been awaiting the completion of her high school education the upcoming December of 2024.
Isis was a hardworking, determined diva who had a natural gift for dancing, being like her mother to her siblings, and so much more. Isis’ jokes and laughter set enlightenment and joy to whomever she came in contact with her family and friends, and being a diva. She always had her own unique style and persona.
On Sunday, July 14th, 2024, ISIS answered to the calling of her loving Savior Jesus Christ. She was preceded in death by her great grandmother, Lilly Mae Johnson; grandfather Marion Johnson Sr.; and cousin, Joe Denna Mitchell.
