Obituary For James Fraiser
The relatives and friends of Mr. James Fraiser and those of his wife, Joletha Fraiser; those of his children, Rahsaan Fraiser, Shawn (Tara) Williams, Starr Williams and Rashad (Celine) Grant; and those of his sister, Anna Sikes are invited to attend his home going service on Saturday, October 27, 2018, 1:00PM at Faith in Action, 2730 Gordon Street, N. Charleston, SC. Interment will follow at Joshua Baptist Church Cemetery.
