Obituary For Joseph Lee Whaley
Joseph Lee Whaley, of Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on November 8, 2023. He will be truly missed. He was a loving uncle to his nephew, Anthony Whaley. He is survived by his sister, Mabel Ball and a host of nieces and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother, brothers; Robert Lee, Franklin and Solomon and his sisters; Carrie and Nara.
The Home Going Service will take place on Wednesday, November 15, 2023, 4:30 PM at the Low Country Mortuary.
