Mr. Kelvin Baxter, Sr. of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Friday, March 18, 2022. Mr. Baxter was the son of the late Mr. James Baxter, Sr. and Mrs. Arretta Baxter, the father of Novella Prioleau, Jewell President (Chris), Kevin Baxter, Jr., Kyara Wilder, Krystal Baxter, Devin B. Baxter, Antonio Wilder and Maria Wilder, the brother of Anthony Baxter, Lanell Gathers, Alterea Baxter-Gaillard, Angela Washington (David), Marietta Campbell (Rodney) and those sibling that preceded him in death; James Baxter, Jr., Juanita Gadsden, Loretta Baxter- Green, Ralph Baxter and Sharon Baxter - Choice. The Memorial Service for Mr. Baxter will take place on Wednesday, March 23, 2022, 12:00 noon at the funeral. Interment will be private. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
