The relatives and friends of Mr. Lawrence Armstrong and those of his daughters, Joi Fox and Heather Armstrong and those of his brother, Mr. Eric (Charlene) Armstrong are invited to attend his celebration of life service on Saturday, March 9, 2019, 11:00AM at The Low Country Mortuary. Mr. Armstrong will repose from 6:00PM - 8:00PM at the mortuary on Friday, March 8, 2019 for an informal visitation. Interment: Private
