Louise Rivers 89 of Adams Run, South Carolina died on Saturday, September 11, 2021. Louise Rivers, the daughter of the late Nelson and Susan Rivers was born December 26, 1931. In her early years, she attended the public school system in South Carolina before moving to New York in the 1950’s. She served as a Certified Nurse Assistant and home health aide for the elderly in New York City. Her family was her life and there was nothing she wouldn’t do for them. She moved back to South Carolina in 1993. She leaves to cherish her memories three children, Jackie, Corinne, Kimmie, five grandchildren, Gary, Dashawn, Marvin Shanice, Kyanna, one great grandchild Mehki, one sister, Mattie Adams (Joe) of Daytona Beach, Fl, a host of nieces, nephews, cousins. Preceding her in death, her parents, two sisters Julia Solomon, Elizabeth Jackson, five brothers, Christopher Rivers, Murray Rivers, Titus Rivers, Nelson Rivers Jr., George Rivers Sr. Graveside services and burial will be held on Saturday, September 25, 2021 at 11:00 AM ~ Rivers Memorial Gardens, Marshside Lane, Bennetts Point, South Carolina. The walk through will be on Friday, September 24, 2021 from 6:00 PM - 8:00 PM at The Low Country Mortuary, 1852 E. Montague Ave, North Charleston, SC. Due to the COVID pandemic, we will be practicing social distancing and face masks will be required for the graveside services and walk through.
