Mrs. Nathalee Coulter of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Thursday, July 7, 2022. Mrs. Coulter was the daughter of the late Ella Wheelings, the mother of; Margaret A Chisolm (Bernard), James Ramsey (Grace), Thomas A. Coulter (Helen), Lawrence Michael Coulter (Sarah), Regina L. Dawson (Jeffrey), Reginald L. Coulter and Nathaniel Coulter, the sister of; James Wheelings, John Wheelings, Harriett O'Hare, Ella Wheelings and Viola Wheelings. The Home Going Service for Mrs. Coulter will take place on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, 11:00 AM at Nichols Chapel 57 Kennedy Street, Charleston, SC. She will be laid to rest in Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery. The Walk Thru will take place on Tuesday, July 12, 2022 at the funeral home from 6:00PM to 8:00 PM. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.
