Tina, Adrian, Aaron, I remember Nate as a big hearted person who loved God and his family without wavering. He always was a cheerful person at VGS and at choir practice and functions with VGC making us or at least me smiling with his humor, jokes, and his smile. My heartfelt sympathy to the family and continued prayers. I hope that you will find comfort and peace knowing he is resting in the arms of Jesus. To Nate, your life was very well lived. You made a positive impact on this side of heaven. I can only imagine what you will accomplish in heaven as one of God's angels. Rest easy Brother Nate. Your SIC from VGS & VGC, Cynthia Freeman

Nate, I remember when you moved from the Wing to AFCENT at Shaw AFB, SC, we had such good times deploying to the desert. Then my time was coming to an end and it was time for me to pass the torch over to you. I knew when I left there, they would be in good hands. So, when I finally retired I told you don't forget me and I'm glad you didn't, because of you I was able to get my first civilian job and I thank you for that! May God bring peace and comfort to your wife and family. You will be truly missed. "BW" your mission is complete, AFLD1 out!

Nate, I will never forget our good times while stationed at Shaw AFB, SC. My fondest memory is seeing you get Step Promoted to MSgt. I was a SSgt at the time. You gave me your TSgt Stripe and said "Your Next". The crazy thing is I PSC'd to Lajes after that and during that next cycle I got Step Promoted to TSgt. Your Mentorship, Friendship and Love influenced so many people's lives man. I love you brother and you will love on in all the people you've helped! Prayers and condolences to your Family.
