Obituary For Octavius Devon Smalls
Mr. Octavius Devon Smalls formerly of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on July 17, 2023. Mr. Smalls was the son of Mozelle McMillan Smalls and the late Abraham Smalls, the husband of Chiori Smalls, the father of; Alexis smalls and Camden Smalls, the brother of; Avery McMillan (Collette) ,Serron McMillan (Tanyanika), Dominique Smalls, Danielle Smalls and Al-Jerrod Smalls. The Home Going Service will take place on Thursday, August 3, 2023, 10:00 AM at Life of Christ Ministries, 1108 Bees Ferry Rd., Charleston, SC. He will be laid to rest in Beaufort National Cemetery. The Walk Thru will take place on Wednesday, August 2, 2023 at the funeral home form 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
