I remember Ray when he lived in Russelldale as a young man. I worked for the City of N. Charleston at time. He and the other tenants will gather in front and have a lively discussion about life. His comments would've always start an interesting debate. Never a dull moment and a joker. Life is a blink. Danielle Kahee

Many many many years ago my daddy Clarence Crawford aka Crawford or Mr.C(Russelldale) took Ray under his wing and he became one of US...Over the years my brother and I NEVER had a dull moment OR a disagreement...I would call him for anything and my brother showed up to show out.He arrived to my house 7:00a.m and did ALL of the cooking for his neice wedding( the dude could throw down)...and had to stop and meet her with her bouquet ๐Ÿ’ and sent her back to get married๐Ÿ˜‰.He and Joe cooked at a function and did an awesome job when I had to go out of town....I can go on and on about this man but the memories will ALWAYS be in my heart...KNOWING that you are RESTING in the bosom of The LORD makes me okay...Our last family function was June1 at my house we had a blast even though we didn't get to play spades(NO competition)....Sissy please KNOW that I'm ONLY a phone call away ...love my brother and sissy ..ALWAYS let them know it..Sleep In Paradise Ray Ray ๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™โค๏ธโค๏ธ
