Psalm 34:18. The LORD is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit. To the family of our Beloved Uncle, Cousin and Friendwe send our thoughts, prayers and comfort to you. We remember Rev. Oxner as the fun loving Uncle and Cousin from Montgomery ave, just on the next block from us all. We think back to the smiles and the jokes; the shared childhood stories with our Father Jesse Gallman, Rev. Oxner's Cousin. We think back on the thunderous sermons Rev. Oxner gave. We, the Gallman family singer send a heartfelt Thank you all for sharing your Father and loved one with us. We will never forget the memories we've all shared with he and his beloved Wife Aunt Geneva. From the Gallman family to every last mourning soul, we love you and we remain available to you. We love you Family! Love, Cousin Jesse Gallman and Family!

While I did not have the pleasure of knowing you personally, I do know your daughter, son in law, and granddaughters. They are amazing beautiful people and knowing how kind and caring they are, speaks volumes to who you must have been as a man. Your legacy lives in them. Rest easy. Our prayers are with the entire family.
