  My sincere condolences to her beloved children, grandchildren, and siblings. Sheila was a ray of sunshine with that laugh. I got to know Sheila on a personal level when my family and I moved near her on St. Phillip Street. She was an outstanding mother to her boys and kept an immaculate home. She became my daughter's and my braider - she was very patient with my daughter. Once she asked me to perm her hair, it took me seemingly forever to wash it out, as Sheila had a head full of long, coarse hair - she never asked me again.
