Obituary For Sherron Benekin Thompson

Mrs. Sherron Benekin-Thompson 67 of North Charleston, SC departed this life on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Mrs. Thompson was the wife of Mr. James "Cheese" Thompson and the mother of Ms. Hilliary Benekin, the sister of; Calvin Benekin, Jr. (Debra), Shirley McHoney (Johnny) and Evon Benekin-Daise and the grandmother of AJ Thompson and the daughter of Mrs. Rosalee Benekin. The Home Going Service for Mrs. Benekin-Thompson will take place on Thursday, December 9, 2021, 11:00 AM at The Alfred Williams Center,4441 Durant Ave., N. Charleston, SC. She will be laid to rest in Riverview Memorial Park Cemetery, N. Charleston, SC. The Walk Thru will take place on Wednesday, December 8, 2021 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

    Sherron was our rock for so many years at work. She held us together and made everything better. I believe she now wears a crown and is resting in the arms of her Savior.
