Mr. Terry Townsend 57, of Austin, Texas departed this life on Sunday, October 31, 2021. Mr. Terry was preceded in death by his loving parents and sister. The memories he left will be cherished by his loving family and friends. His siblings: 3 sister and 3 brothers: Mildred Brittingham of Norfolk, VA, Theodore Hamilton of Charleston, SC; Elaine Townsend of Phoenix, AZ, Harvey Hamilton of Austin, TX, Alvin Townsend of North Charleston, SC and Barbara (Willie) Williams of Windsor, SC. 6 nieces: Tiffany Cummings, Latesha Dennis, Theodora Dixon, Monique Dennis, Dana Brittingham and Racquel Williams; 2 nephews: Cornealius Townsend and Wallace Williams; 9 grandnieces and 11 grandnephews; One uncle: Bishop Thomas L. Nelson, Sr. and one aunt: Mrs. Patricia Majette. 4 best friends: Dale Johnson, James Washington, Michael Young, Robert McFadden and Carl Johnson. A host of cousins, family and more friends. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 1:00 PM at Johnson Cemetery, North Charleston, SC. The walk through will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021 from 5:00 PM- 7:00 PM at The Low Country Mortuary. Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic masks and social distancing required.
