Obituary For Valerie Simone Hughes
Ms. Valerie Simone Hughes entered into eternal rest on Friday, August 07, 2020 in Columbia, South Carolina. Ms. Hughes is the daughter of Annette Hughes Heyward and Ronald Heyward, the sister of Ronald Hughes, and Naz Hughes. Graveside Services will be held on Sunday, August 16, 2020 at 4PM Howell Hall Cemetery Goose Creek, South Carolina. There will be a Walk-thru on Saturday, August 15, 2020 4PM-6PM at the mortuary. Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic we do ask that those coming to the mortuary for the viewing please wear a mask. The Service will be Live Streamed via our Facebook page the low country mortuary.

wish we stayed in touch more often . Lots of memories thru high school & middle school. A true friend. & a wonderful person. All around. I would find her just to make her laugh at the dumbest things. She was like a sister to me throughout school. Heaven really just gained an angel 😇. Rest on Sis. C ya on da other side .

Valerie was the sweetest girl since elementary school through the years as we got older her spirit stayed the same!!! Back in elementary she'd invite me to every birthday party they'd have rather it was hers or her brothers I'd show up because you guys were always genuine and Valerie was the same way!!! I want to send my condolences to her parents brothers and everyone who came in contact with her because I know for sure it was an everlasting impression!! May God continue to keep and guide you all through this trying time!!! God Rest Her Sweet Soul!!!
