Obituary For Vernell Green Pendergrast
Mrs. Vernell Green Pendergrast of Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on Sunday, May 8, 2022. Mrs. Pendergrast was the daughter of Mr. David Pender and Mrs. Mary Pender, the wife of Mr. Roosevelt Pendergrast, Jr., the mother of Raynardo Pender, Jessica Green, Janell Green, Antwan Pendergrast and Dustin Pendergrast, the sister of David Pender, Jr. and Monica Pender. The Home Going Service for Mrs. Pendergrast will take place on Saturday, May 14, 2022, 11:00 AM at Royal Missionary Baptist Church Life Center, N. Charleston, SC. She will be laid to rest in Johnson Cemetery, N. Charleston, SC. The Walk Thru will take place on Friday, May 13, 2022 at the funeral home from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, everyone is required to wear a mask and to practice social distancing.

My heart aches after being informed of another one of my classmates transitioning, we were friends more like Sister's she will always stay close n my heart,she now has a wings as all Angel's Do...my deepest condolences, Crystal Murphy Huggins

We were saddened to hear of Nell's passing. Sorry we can't be there with you physically but know that spiritually we are praying for God to strengthen and comfort you at this difficult time. Love you all Aunt Bernice Barnes and family 🙏🙏
