Our families go way back from when we both first got married, so we are like family for sure. Veronica is truly going to be missed.   When I think of Veronica, I'm reminded of a time when we went shoe shopping at a store (over in Italy), and ended up getting lost trying to find our way back to Support Site. If memory serves me right, I believe she ended up calling Danny to help navigate us in the right direction! We laughed about that...but not until we got back on track! She was a beautiful woman, and was always friendly. That's how I'll remember her! Rest in peace, Veronica! Danny, we will continue to pray for you and your family.

  We are deeply saddened by the loss of our dear friend, our sister. Veronica was so sweet, loving, and truly cared about her family and friends. She fought so hard and never complained. Her beautiful smile lit up the room and we will never forget the love she gave us. Heaven received a special angel when she went to be with the Lord.   We unfortunately never got to meet Veronica personally ... a wave or two as we drove by if we were able to catch her outside ... but having talked with Danny many times and other neighbors who have met Veronica ... we know she was a special lady, who was loved, and will be greatly missed.
