Mr. Victor Palmer, 66 of Charleston, SC died on May 31, 2021. Mr. Palmer is the husband of Patricia Palmer. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 12, 2021 at 11:00AM at the Evening of Prayer COGIC, 2361 Spruill Avenue, North Charleston, SC. The Walk through for Mr. Palmer will take place at the Funeral Home on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 5:00 to 7:00 PM. Burial will be private. Due to the COVID pandemic, we will be practicing social distancing and face mask will be required.
