Obituary For Victoria Price

Victoria Price 83, of North Charleston died on Sunday, August 29, 2021. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, September 1, 2021 at 11:00 AM at Union Baptist Church, North Charleston, SC. Burial will be in Union Baptist Church Cemetery. Due to the COVID pandemic, we will be practicing social distancing and face masks will be required for the graveside services and walk through.

Obituary

Victoria K. Price was born on May 21, 1938 to Emma Jones & Louis Keith in her hometown of Georgetown SC.

She moved to Charleston, SC with her sister when she was 18 where she eventually met and married her late husband, William Price Jr.

From this Union three children were born: William Price III, Lois V. Price & Wanda O. Price.

She was a licensed beautician, but spent her children’s formative years as a full-time mother. She eventually earned her CNA license and worked in private duty care until her retirement.

Her favorite thing to do was cook for her family on Sundays.

She wasn’t much of a restaurant person but Carey Hilliard’s was her favorite place to eat for her birthday.

One of her favorite sayings was “Hot Sun” when giving someone a compliment.

Victoria is survived by her three children named above and a host of grandchildren and great-grandchildren whom she loved dearly.
