Obituary For Willie J. Milligan

Mr. Willie J. Milligan of North Charleston, SC entered into eternal rest on April 2, 2024. Mr. Milligan was the son of the late Mr. Saul Waring and the late Mrs. Eloise Milligan Howard, the father of Miss Alicia “Lisa” Milligan and Mr. Willie J. Milligan III, the brother of, Miss. Lucille Milligan and the grandfather of; William and Donnell Milligan. The Celebration of Life Service will take place on Monday, April 15, 2024, 11:00 AM at Charity Missionary Baptist Church, 1544 E. Montague Ave., N. Charleston, SC. The final viewing will take place from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM the morning of the service. He will be laid to rest in Beaufort National Cemetery. The Walk Thru will take place on Sunday, April 14, 2024 at the funeral home from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM.

    Eloise.... only boy!!! He used to say this to me all the time. 🥹my heart is full 11 years of friendship. He remembered birthdays and graduations. He was very proud of his children Lisa his baby girl and his boy Willie. He would tell me about his grandsons, and how proud he were of them. I just loved Mr. Willie. He was a sweet person.
